Standard shipping takes 7-15 days and Express shipping can have your item delivered in 4-8 days and costs $25.

Once an order is place you can cancel it within 24 hours. If you have any concerns please reach out to our team at i nfo@vanvanora-jewelry.com and our team will assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

In the event of a discrepancy with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, defective, or is damaged during transit and upon receiving your order, or otherwise is not exactly what you wanted please notify us at vanvanorajewelry@gmail.com and our team will swiftly answer your concerns. We answer all inquires in less than 24 hours. 

At Van Vanora we are confident in our ability to provide durable and high quality jewelry. Hence due to sanitary and hygiene practices, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
